Implementation of outsourced printing services in 600 offices.
Polish Post was facing large costs of printing along with increasing costs of old printing hardware maintenance. To support business functions, it was decided to implement an outsourced document printing, copying and scanning service along with hardware installation, maintenance, supplies along with monitoring and management software. As a proof of concept the service was supposed to be implemented in 600 Polish Post offices for 60 months. To allow hardware installation, there was a need to install 168 micro servers and modernize LAN in most of the locations.
