Cross-Sell project was designed to increase sales of insurance products both to retail and corporate customers.

Insurance companies in Poland are obliged to send their customers a package containing all the information about insurance products they purchased one a year, on the policy anniversary date. Nationale-Nederlanden saw this as an opportunity for a cross sell. Company decided to include additional information, marketing selected insurance products to specific groups of customers and include it into the anniversary correspondence package.

  • Operational (back-end) process definition and implementation.
  • Implementing changes to internal IT systems.
  • Implementing changes to external IT systems (outsourced print shop).
