An end-to-end digital transformation of Liberty Global’s Poland reporting ecosystem, replacing manual, Excel-based and MicroStrategy processes with a centralized Microsoft Power BI on-premise platform capable of processing 3 billion records. Role Executive Summary
Project Manager and Author of the Project Closure Report. Managed the full project lifecycle across nine workstreams: architecture design, three iterative development phases, UAT, and a modular educational programme. Acted as the central point of contact between internal business owners and the external Lingaro implementation team. Oversaw a Core team of 7 specialists, an Advisory Board of 3 SMEs, managed all CAPEX financial settlement, and facilitated rollout to 150 Power BI users.
Deliverables
- Architected a high-performance on-premise analytical platform processing 3 billion records from the primary Oracle fact table by leveraging SSAS Tabular and Power BI Report Server, ensuring sub-second query performance across all business units.
- Orchestrated the end-to-end digital transformation of Liberty Global’s Poland reporting infrastructure, delivering the project under assumed CAPEX budget, by managing the strategic vendor partnership with one of Microsoft’s Partners and overseeing all financial settlements through to formal Project Closure sign-off.
- Spearheaded the migration of 17 legacy MicroStrategy management reports and the development of 3 new commercial dashboards within a strict 3-month timeline, by leading a 7-member CORE team through 7 iterative Scrum sprints.
- Directed the iterative design and prototyping phase, achieving a 100% stakeholder satisfaction rate during UAT, by implementing Lingaro’s “Dashboard Invention” methodology and conducting multi-stage UX wireframing sessions.
- Championed enterprise-wide BI adoption for 150 target users by designing and executing a modular 24-hour educational programme (basic, advanced, and developer tracks) and authoring complete technical documentation for long-term self-service capability.
