Role Executive Summary
Business Analyst (BA) / Delivery Coordinator. Served as the primary bridge between Business and IT, conducting requirements workshops, preparing multiple iterations of Functional Analyses (FA) for the life insurance segment, governing SIT and UAT phases, and coordinating a 9-member cross-functional team through two sequential delivery phases. Also directed the recruitment and onboarding strategy for the new sales force, scaling the target distribution network to 2,000 active sub-agents within 12 months.

- Optimized resource utilization across Release R16.4, delivering a successful 135-day deployment cycle for concurrent insurance segment updates, by governing SIT / UAT phases and maintaining 100% core resource allocation across functional analysis, development, and testing workstreams aligned to Microsoft Project schedules.
