    Project Executive Summary

A large-scale, multi-national infrastructure programme to deploy Remote-PHY (Distributed Access Architecture) technology across 8 European countries (UK, IE, NL, BE, PL, SK, CH, and Central). The project resolved critical power and space constraints at blacklisted HFC hub sites by migrating CCAP functionality to remote RPD devices in street cabinets. Total CAPEX managed: €812,195.95 (Poland workstream). The technical stack included Remote-PHY Devices (RPDs), CCAP Core, CIN (Converged Interconnect Network), PTP Clock, Clarity PPM, Oracle Financials, Viavi, HP-NA, Einstein, and Netcool.

    Role Executive Summary

Role: Project Manager (Remote-PHY, UK). Led governance, financial management, and communication across a 19-member cross-functional team spanning internal and external specialists. Directed the full 260-day project lifecycle, owned SteerCo and weekly team meetings, managed resource demand for 166 internal labor days and 10 external contractors, and oversaw field trials and production handover for the Poland and Slovakia workstreams.

    Deliverables

Spearheaded the multi-national deployment of Remote-PHY technology across 8 European countries to resolve critical power and space constraints at high-density HFC hub sites, by managing an €812k CAPEX budget and coordinating 30+ multi-disciplinary stakeholders under the T&I Global Delivery Framework.

Directed the field trials and production handover for the Poland and Slovakia workstreams, resulting in the successful capitalization of €151k and the deployment of automated RPD provisioning and network monitoring procedures.

Architected a multi-year resource demand plan involving 166 internal labor days and 10 external contractors, navigating a €296k budget expansion to incorporate high-availability PTP clock functionality while maintaining original delivery timelines.

Orchestrated a cross-functional team of 19 internal and external specialists to deliver a 260-day project lifecycle on schedule, achieving successful technical handover and full operational readiness across complex multi-vendor CCAP Core and RPD hardware combinations.

Streamlined programme governance and risk reporting by implementing a standardized SteerCo communication structure, ensuring 100% deliverable alignment across 8 countries and proactive mitigation of high-level technical risks.
